Luca Dinu is Field Notes’ resident transcriptionist. He is an undergraduate linguistics student at the Memorial University of Newfoundland in Canada, and his main interests are historical-comparative linguistics, etymology, and historical phonology. He is also the audio editor for Some Stutter, Luh!, Newfoundland and Labrador’s first podcast about stuttering. In his spare time, he likes learning languages and writing music.
